Warranty and service

Under the terms of the warranty, you are entitled to a free repair of the product within 12 months from the date of purchase. You also have the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase. The conditions for returns and exchanges are specified in article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Return or exchange of goods is possible if the following conditions are not violated:

• 14 days have not passed since the purchase;
• you have a store warranty;
• if it has not been used and if its beautiful appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved. (Original packaging retained)

To avoid disagreements, it is necessary to check the integrity, completeness and performance of the product upon receipt of the goods. After the departure of the courier, or after you have taken the goods from the post office, claims regarding the integrity, appearance and configuration of the goods are not accepted. In the event of a problem with the tool (if it has a warranty card), you need to contact us for troubleshooting.

Repair may be denied if:

• the rules of operation are not observed;
• damage caused by excessive load;
• was self-repair;
• in case of loss of the warranty card.

Note! Warranty service means the repair of a product of any complexity, subject to the rules for operating the product, which is described in detail in the instructions for your product.
